Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Because our candles are made in small batches, orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free shipping on all orders over $65.

Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $65. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at stephanie@mckellarsmithhomecandles.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us.

Carrier Delays

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
